At Floralsbyhums, every bouquet is made fresh to order with care and attention to detail. I always aim to use the flowers shown in your chosen design, but availability can vary due to seasonality. If needed, I’ll carefully select the closest seasonal alternatives while keeping the same style, colours and overall look.
As flowers are natural products, each bloom will vary in size, shape and openness, so your bouquet may not be an exact replica of the photo. However, I’ll always ensure it stays as close as possible to your chosen design.
Materials + Care
When your bouquet arrives, place the stems into around 500ml of fresh water and keep them somewhere cool and away from direct sunlight and heat.
At the end of the day, transfer your flowers into a clean vase with fresh water. Re-cut around ½ inch from the stems and remove any foliage below the waterline. Add the flower food provided.
Top up the water regularly and refresh it at least once a week to keep your flowers looking fresh for as long as possible.

Your Floralsbyhums bouquet is carefully packaged in a protective bouquet box with an aqua pack to help keep your flowers hydrated during transit. Orders are delivered on the date selected at checkout via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
This is a signed-for service, so someone will need to be available to receive the parcel. If delivery is missed, it will not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour and will be reattempted the next working day.
RETURNS: As all Floralsbyhums bouquets are made fresh to order, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been prepared or dispatched.
If your flowers arrive damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible with photos so I can look into it and help resolve the issue.
